ayy new DB AU just dropped

tldr: #RoshiPatchAU in which Roshi isn’t a creep, he just really likes sewing.

“Awh damn I want to include stuff with characters on Roshi’s island and generally contexts where Roshi might be there but he’s such an irredeemable character in canon! UGH!”

Well same, and I got just the thing for you!

ok so... instead of being obsessed with uh... women’s bodies... Roshi is obsessed with sewing. 

‘patch’ bc u sew patches on stuff to fix it-- and the obvious viddy game connotation

So hear me out-- There’s a lot more variety in the conventional stuff out there to sew for women than for men. He just wants to sew some pretty garments for people!

e.g. Krillin’s arrival on the scene way back...

In return for the dragon ball he just wants to make Bulma a dress. He gets pumped at the prospect of Launch living on his island bc ‘yes finally! think of all the clothes I can make!’ 

Gangs out waiting for the tournament to start? Roshi is distracted by the fabric of that ladies jacket or ‘love the cut of those slacks!’ etc etc

Yeah, he’s just... a sweet old man who’s a bit obsessive but in a nice way.
