There is literally no point in overtaking now. There is no way Max could create a 5 second gap after overtaking him at this stage of the race. Why take the risk?

I think many of us who (used to) watch mlp were immediately thinking about “raise this barn” the moment we learned about the title of the episode or the moment Lapis literally raised the barn. At least I did too…so I couldn’t resist.

I agree, that probably would have been the safer overtaking point. Or, potentially, waiting until the main straight and hoping to get DRS. My point wasn’t “Sebastian made an excellent decision”, my point is, “Waiting for the pitstop wouldn’t have been a straightforward decision”.
