Divergent is becoming a film next year, it's by Veronica Roth and it's about a society in which everyone has to choose to be in a certain faction (group of people). Each faction has one main trait (for example, Erudite is knowledge, Dauntless is brave, Abnegation is selfless) and it's about the main character who doesn't fit into any of these but has to make a choice about which one she chooses.

so it's quite fantasy then... i don't think i'm really into those sorts..

I'd recomend the hunger games (whatever someone else said :P), Divergent, The Mortal Instruments or, if you want high fantasy, the Robin Hobb books are /amazing/, although they are 800 - 900 pages long (some of them). xx

already hunger games and i read the mortal instruments but never got into it and what's divergent about?
