Arnold Press: The Complete Guide to Building Bigger, Stronger Shoulders
A Quick Note
I've been pretty swamped lately and haven't had time to do an entry (as you might guess, they take some time...), but I just wanted to give those of you in physics 1, who need to progress to physics 2, a small bit of advice: if you take nothing else away from physics one, do whatever you have to do to take away a deep understanding of rotational movement. Although conservation of energy is a close second, in my opinion it's much easier to understand (especially for a premed who is dealing with similar concepts in chemistry) than rotational movement. Because personally rotational movement was the most difficult chapter for me and I kind of just did enough to get by on the tests, and I'm paying for it now. It comes back again and again in physics 2.
