A rotation diet is a popular dietary approach focusing on varying the foods you eat over a specific period. The simple idea behind this diet is to minimise the risk of developing food allergies while promoting better overall nutrition.

So, instead of consistently consuming the same foods day in and day out, you must follow a rotation diet that rotates you through different food groups. For example, you can do a carb rotation diet plan where you might eat certain low-carb rotation diet foods one day and then avoid them for several days before reintroducing them.

We sat in the kitchen, caught up with all the latest news and shared a meal together ...a rare occurrence for me. She had the coconut mango #chiapudding I made especially for her & I a bowl of lentils ... my usual lunch on day 2 of my #rotationdiet. The most spectacular bunch of fragrance free roses I have ever seen arrived along with her & a very generous present & card from a group of girls I miss & love very much.
