Introducing Rothrock! She's Chuck's wife.

Inspired by the movie actress Cynthia Rothrock, she's a former movie martial artist actor who now lives in Cianwood with Chuck. She met him when he was a movie stunt coordinator in Unova. She prefers Water-Types, and loves to eat meat.

I plan on also introducing their kid for my timeskip universe stuff, but I'll have to get around to that eventually.
