When he overheard the police radio chatter about who should investigate the robbery going down on 5th and Main, he was confused as to why some of the officers were HESITANT. Without a second thought, he was a blue blur speeding to pull on his suit and start heading in that direction. He REALLY should’ve stayed to hear the rest of the details, because he must’ve missed the part on how the robbery was actually just a jewelry theft being done by a...CLOWN GIRL? What made this woman so intimidating that Gotham’s officers had to take a whole minute to decide who would be coming to stop her? He had skidded to a halt behind the shorter figure before him, humming to herself and completely ignoring his arrival.
Barry FLASH clears his throat, blinking once when she didn’t acknowledge THAT form of announcement noise and instead made to lean against the part of the store window that wasn’t broken by her bat. He folds his arms, watching her casually collect the diamond choker and a few rings.
“Um, you realize it’s WRONG to steal right? I mean I can understand if you aren’t from around here, I’m new too but c’mon. EVERYONE know’s stealing is a big no-no.”
