Day #13 #forthe22 22 pushups for 22 days is NOTHING compared to the PTSD turmoil servicemen/woman have to suffer through without beneifts in our province! Statistically 22 a day take their lives because of this! Help bring awareness and end it! Today's pushups (video cred to @brodstir_15 ) are being done on the @rockofthewoods site!
