Framing is moving along at 1713-17 Manton. 1721 Manton is completely framed and rough-ins are in progress there and 1726. Limestone water tables are also in place at both houses. Looking ahead, we expect to have rough-ins complete and windows in both houses in the next two weeks. We'll then be ready for our spray foam insulation to complete the tight building enclosure. 1713-17 Manton will follow by 2-3 weeks.
