As someone who fully believes the NCR is way too soft on the Legion, Boyd's stepping up to the plate by violating the Geneva convention and using methods of unreliable torture from a third party to extract information from Caesar's greatest is not only effective, nay, it is one of the few bastions of appropriate response to Legion actions in the Mojave we've seen yet. Sure, Boyd is basically a loose cannon, but that loose cannon is pointed squarely at the fash! *slams Camp McCarran desk like J Jonah Jameson* In desperate times, we need every ounce of help we can get! Also, you should be allowed to punch Legion in the face at any time for any reason.
