The Round House Cafe by Alfred Finnila, 1938. This circular Moderne cafe is located at the southeast end of the Golden Gate Bridge. It has panoramic glass window surrounding a single supporting column. The structure appears to hover just above the sloping site. At one point it was one of the busiest restaurants in San Francisco.
