Here is a round stingray hanging out with the Christmas flamingos!

Tonight when we took the dog down to the Dana Point Harbor for a walk, there must have been some kind of Round Stingray convention going on, because there were dozens of them in the marina. Not sure what the hullabaloo was all about, but on a normal night, we usually only see 5-10 rays and skates total, and never hanging out in groups like this. Maybe it's some kind of breeding behavior?
