Ya know not only do I think Sayid shoulda reunited Rousseau and Alex but I think Rousseau shoulda brought Sayid back from his 'infection'. Imagine how good that would be.

Like I said before Sayid would fix something else for Rousseau, fixing her family best he could. Like him fixing the music box Robert gave her. He gave a part of her love back and then gave her her daughter back. SO GOOD.

And then she fixes him. Managing defeat the thing that took Robert from her in the first place and giving her back a loved one. Tell me that wouldnt be so good... then they click up and start takin bitches out.

OK SO LOST WRITERS... Get a big magnet, do some time shenanigans, go back to the past put this in LOST. That would be thanks enough. No credit needed.

I needed Miles or someone to point out that Sayid was totally fine when he was resurrected... and then Dogen made some choices and Sayid turned into a zombie but then had a chat with Desmond and was ok... so maybe it wasnt supernatural evil... maybe he was just workin through some ptsd or something & shoulda just been left with Jack & Hugo to cuddle more.

Frankly I think Sayid shoulda returned Alex to Danielle.

I think that makes the most narrative sense giving their relationship. Sayid is the first to meet Danielle, he gets tortured by her because she wants information on Alex, Sayid asks who 'he' was which makes her realize he doesnt know Alex because he'd know Alex was a girl, when Danielle takes Aaron Sayid is the one to find her and she hands the baby to him saying she just wanted her daughter back and Sayid was so kind about it and tried to comfort her (as opposed to Charlie who was just pissed off), Sayid meets Alex and tells her she looks just like her mom.

Itd be real sweet if Sayid coulda been like the one to bring them together and it coulda been similar to Sayid fixing her music box and giving her back another piece of her that she loved and to Danielle returning Aaron to Sayid... she would have indeed exchanged Aaron for Alex in a roundabout way.

It woulda been so fuckin good... GDI LOST writers...

Also the fact they killed Danielle (at all) in the LAMEST FUCKING WAY EVER is... a CRIME. A crime the French shouldnt have forgiven!

Probably the shittiest thing the LOST writers did was kill her like that... and theyve done a lot of shitty things so a real masterclass of dumbassery.

(this is technically daily Sayid posting but its more to do with Danielle I guess....)

Anyways Danielle was a cool character who was completely underutilized IMO. They were afraid to have Sayid and her together for too long cuz they woulda had everything handled.

Rousseau & Sayid in 'Solitary'(s1e9) woulda gone so damn crazy on Dumblr if it were released nowadays. Honestly I feel like anyone who is an MCU Tony fan should be all over Sayid. Thats my glowing endorsement.
