Me Want Talk Ship

I just made a vent post about shipping that made me very tired, but now I have mentally AWOKEN and I'm in a Venso and Soroku mood.

So like, I know why I like Soroku and Venso, but why does everyone else like it?, aside from them being god-tier ships ofc.

I like SoRoku because I think their dynamic is unique and I like their story of one hating the other's existance, and one barely knowing the other existed, and then learning to respect and care about each other. I also like reinterpreting certains scenes like the one in KH3 where Sora says, "It's not darkness. Not if it helps him." As romantically charged

For VenSo, I like the relationship being built around trust and protection. I like how Sora was kind enough to let Ventus into his heart and how they technically experienced KH1-DDD together. Although it's fun to reinterpret scenes, with this ship, I like to think of the potential future, especially with Ventus, how he feels guilty and how stuff from the past might interact with him and Sora

(I wanted to draw Sora with a wine glass filled with blood, but something about drawing Sora drinking blood or anything implied to be alcohol just didn't sit right with my soul. So he's drinking grape juice instead.)
