1. What is your favorite kind of donut? Boston Creme.
2. Name an achievement you are proud of. I'm very proud that I've been able to live on my own (well, with roommates) for the past 8 years.
3. What song do you feel represents you the most? I Fight Dragons - The Future Soon (I know it's a cover, but I like their version better)
4. Name 3 things you love about your physical self. My arms, my eyes, and my hair.
5. Name 5 things you love about your actual self? My intelligence, my independence, the way I rarely stress, my sense of humor, and my optimism.
6. Talk about one thing you love. I've recently gotten back into reading in a big way, and it's mainly thanks to one author: Brandon Sanderson. I had actually read both the Mistborn trilogy and the Stormlight Archive about a year ago, but I didn't realize that they were both from the same author. Then I picked up one of his other books, Warbreaker, on impulse and it referenced those other two. From that point on, I was hooked. I have now read every single thing he's published; novel, novella, young adult, doesn't matter. He's a genius at coming up with new and interesting magic systems that are internally coherent, and the cosmere is an amazing idea that I am wild to learn more about. I used to read a book or two a week in high school, but lately it had been down to a few books a year. Because of him, I have returned to devouring books like it's my job. I sort of want to send him a letter or email to thank him, but I don't want to bother him either.
7. Talk about something/someone you're grateful for. I'm very grateful for my ex, Christine. It's wonderful that we've remained friends, and I'm glad it didn't end in acrimony.
8. What is something you wish you could learn instantly? Languages. Any language would be nice, but Japanese in particular would be amazing.
9. What is your aesthetic? Cheese melted onto a video game disc. Then thrown into a bathtub.
10. What is your favorite TV show? FMA: Brotherhood. The original FMA was one of the first anime I watched, and Brotherhood just made it better. Plus, I've been able to share it with people who normally don't watch anime, which is something very special and almost unique.
11. What is a song you want people to listen to right now? Fair to Midland - Short-Haired Tornado
