ALL IN Magazine's insight:
Ridiculous. Helu has been a non-factor in fantasy for a while. According to Yahoo Fantasy, Helu has only scored 10.70 points this season. It doesn't help that Helu missed the first two games to injuries, but six of those points came from his one touchdown he scored last week.
The advice of stashing Helu in case Murray gets hurt seems like sage advice, but if you were to hold that approach, you'd have an entire lineup of back-ups. There are plenty of more talented back-up running backs that play that can be more impactful to your roster.
