so, the admin team decided to address the issue and say we don’t want cliqueyness in our roleplay. we’re not blaming anyone nor pointing fingers, this message is just for the group as a whole ! we want people to be welcomed and sometimes things happen where people are left out and that is surely not our intention nor the intention of any of the members ! plotting and interacting is a two way street, if you want to plot with someone, send them a message or ask them for a thread. i know all of us are always super open to writing and plotting with every member within the group, but don’t be discouraged too soon either ! sometimes it takes people a while to answer messages, myself included since i’ll look at something while doing one thing and completely forget to reply. in that case, send another message and be kind about it as well, but don’t bombard people because sometimes replying does take a while for people if they’re nervous about it or for another reason. all in all, we just want everyone to be included, so this goes to all members, please be willing and open to plotting and talking to people as well as answering starters and making sure everyone feels welcomed. but, also keep in mind to initiate things, don’t wait for someone to come to you because sometimes you’ll both be waiting and nothing will get done ! lastly, we love you all and we want this group to be active for a long time, so please, if you have concerns, we’re always wanting to hear them, but off anon so we can solve the problem in a more efficient manner, thank you all !
