I know he's not a mainstream slasher or anything, but how do the rays + the bros feel about the babadook?
Also hope you're doing amazing!!
HEY ROZ!!! (God I feel horrible for responding to this so late SORRY!) And I'm doing ok! Hope you're doing amazing too!
And....OH HOOHHOHH! Fun fact I loved the babadook! One of my favs or sure!
Ok so Chucky would definitely be a bit creeped out by Baba (just shortening the name hehe) Since well Baba is a metaphor for grief and oh boy does Chuck has some guilt and grief suppressed within him...so he wouldn't go near him personally....BUT he does find the Baba's whole ordeal dope!
Tiffany....Similar to Chucky BUT she finds him very interesting! Like the whole idea of not being able to get rid of Baba and having to learn to live with it?! OH! SO COOL! And an amazing way to show grieving.
Glen would not be fond of Baba...I mean....HAVE YOU SEEM THE BABADOOK...Not the friendliest face. And Glen loves animals, so the fact that, Baba literally possessed the mom (Can't remember her name) causing her to kill that poor pup....HELL NO.
Glenda on the other hand finds Baba cool as fuck! Like come on!? You gotta admit Baba's dope! Have you seen him!? Amazing design! Well, at least that's what Glenda thinks. But that dog scene...Unforgivable....it especially hits close to home cause of Beau....The whole fam loves him!!!
Chelsea would find the whole concept of the babadook intriguing. Since Chelsea's very into that stuff. Since Baba's a metaphor for grief, and it's impossible to get rid of Baba, since no one can truly get over loss...but can only deal with it day by day. THAT is what hooks Chelsea and makes Baba such an interesting character!!! But hehe no way in hell is she ever reading the book of the Babadook!
Since Slaps is a writer, he knows the creativity and meaning of the Babadook and finds the concept interesting! He'll applaud the meaning and standpoint any day. BUT JUST THE CONCEPT If he ever had to face him, he'd be running out the damn door. But knowing him he'll find some way to befriend it....and hehe lock it up in a basement.
Jig. Jig is like Chelsea. He finds Baba's purpose and representation fascinating and a unique way to go about the concept of suppressed grief and loss. Knowing him he'd probably want to study it!!!! Because Baba is so interesting!
Billy! Billy's open to everything! He honestly finds Baba quite interesting! And since he's very well-adjusted and knows how to handle his emotions he'd probably end up befriending Baba!!!! He'd bring the babadook since worms and what not!
