Currently, I think I’m most in love with Lor and Nina.
Lor is an agender person. They started off as a DnD character, a blue tiefling monk with religious tattoos that granted them abilities, as well as their own tattoos. They are now the MC and one of the two POV characters of my folklore wip (here). I haven’t posted about that yet so this is actually the first post! In that, Lor is a born werewolf whose parents died when they were really young, and who ended up in an orphanage. Raised there, they ran away at 11 when they first turned - scared shitless and unware of what was going on. They did manage to sort themselves out eventually, and by the time the story starts Lor is happily settled: at 23 they have a pack, they share an apartment with their long-term girlfriend Oriana (a turned wolf) and they have a bit of a reputation for helping lost souls among the wolf communities.
Nina also started off as a DnD character (an adorable, winged pink tiefling wizard) and continues on as a witch in the folklore wip. Tho she is only a secondary character in it, I do have a prequel book planned that focuses on how she met her current girlfriend and how the two got together. She is incredibly smart, though very naïve, and super sweet. Her upbringing was traumatic (yes, i have a type shhh) but that only made her far more reticent to hurt others. She was such a reprise to RP and she is just the absolute sweetest.
(they are best friends in this universe, though they never met in game)
(also, that prequel? i started it for a writing class and i got commentary on it from a cishet person that really bothered me re.: lor and nina’s gf’s pronouns (the girlfriend uses both she & they), so i just made Nina a transwoman in that universe out of spite to her)
