#rpgmaker troubleshooting

I'm trying to play old RPGMaker games.

I'm trying to play some of @vgperson 's translated games like Ib and End Roll, but once I extract the file and run the game I get this screen:

So then I go and open up the RPG_RT file from the Data folder, like it says, and this happens:

I tried downloading the RTP package from the store and it didn't work. I've spent over an our in this.

Help?
