Ohhhhh thinking about primordial black holes ("the mass of an asteroid condensed into the volume of a single atom")
Coincidentally (?) this is also why I don't believe in a "meaning of life", or all of the stuff about "If this tiny fundamental law of physics were a tiny percent of a percentage different the universe would have never existed" or "existence CAN'T be by chance!"
...Yeah it can. Why couldn't it? Life exists because it can. If it couldn't, then it wouldn't, and no one would be here to worry about it. The universe exists because it can. If it couldn't, then it wouldn't, and nothing would be here to worry about it. The whys and hows of these things are still interesting. But I just genuinely don't get why THAT flavor of stuff specifically is such an existential challenge
Your thought comes FROM your existence.
...Just realized the fact that sometimes people give their plural stuff a collective name means hypothetically I COULD make it so I could say "the lich system" and be talking about either PSR B1257+12 OR the guys in my brain
I just really hope that one day I'll be able to figure out how to combine:
the actual literal perception of memories
the personal internal figurative associations
the psychological weird shit
the intentionally cryptic layering of these things without any being mutually exclusive
the themes and characters and intentional storytelling mechanics
the personal comfort level regarding influence from others both positive and negative
into a... STORY (or really just any sort of artistically creative endeavor)
