Good afternoon students! To celebrate the Halloween season we’re happy to announce that special Hogsmeade trips will be available throughout this weekend. To celebrate this occasion professors have been instructed to give a free weekend and not give much — if any — homework to ensure every student has the option to go if they feel like it. Unlike our traditional weekly Hogsmeade visits, students fifth year and above will be permitted to spend the night in the village, renting rooms from either the Three Broomsticks or Hog’s Head inns. There will be a sign in/out board put up at the entrance of the school. We ask that everyone signs their names so that we can keep track of who is where. All students are expected to be back and in their common rooms by 7pm on Sunday where one of your prefects will also be doing a head count.
