The guitar part of this song is just so joyful, one of my favorite guitar accompaniments ever I think
And it’s supporting a great melody that has just a slight bittersweet element that’s just so perfect

as someone with an economics degree maybe it's more obvious to me than most scientists, how capitalism clouds the judgment of today's corporate innovation and drug discovery; how it's a struggle for power between the billionaire and the commoner, where the billionaire is hiding cures and selling half-hacked treatments for symptoms, and the commoner has their head in the sand about how to cure their own cancer easily using plants they can grow at home or buy easily from a small producer. Cannabis is an un-monopolized, grassroots industry free of billionaires but yet with a strong working class. This economic-power dynamic, that cannabis has, scares the capitalistguy and makes him poop his pants so he hurts people to make a profit.
Tough to admit! Billionaires hurting people for a profit. Yet wolves eat deer and billionaires hurt people for profit, I dunno how to sugarcoat all that. Yes this has everything to do with how we have a zillion doctors and sick people but only like 4 big medical insurance companies and they make all th rules so patients go broke and pay 1000x for insulin.
If you look at the Cleveland Clinic or WebMD et al page about RSO, it says in the headlines roughly "RSO is not a cure for cancer" and then in the first paragraph it admits there might be some promising early study results, but evermore always and forever "more research is needed." But they won't do that research or validate anyone who does. Yet by my count the RSO treatment for cancer stands at a 99% cure rate. By my perspective this could be better than 99 percent as a cure, we could be haggling about the points beyond 99 like is it 99.5 or 99.7% effective, really is the debate with RSO.
The original polio vaccine cure was about 85% effective, maybe 95% and we rightfully called that a cure. Yet at 99 point something percent cure rate of RSO against cancer we're still over here wringing our hands saying cannabis can help with the side effects of chemo at best. And the patients die. And the chemo "cure rate" for cancer is worse than placebo so why are we still hurting cancer patients with chemo ffs?!...
I find it baffling that people can admit trickle down economics is bullshit (pseudoscience) yet still with the same breath, cast all naieve optimism on the (literal) trillion-dollar oncology industry that leverages cancer for profit and recoils from affordable ubiquitous DIY cures and harasses anyone with a cure
True words, if Jonas Salk came out with his polio vaccine in 2025 instead of the 1960s, he would be ostracized and cast out of mainstream medicine, for failing to leverage polio for capitalist profit.
having studied the numbers, I find it scientifically irresponsible to refer to cannabis oil as anything less than a cure for cancer. We've literally and rightfully celebrated drugs as cures that were less effective.
