533 The statue of the shepherd with the piper, created by Zdenko Kalin in 1941 during the Second World War and placed at the entrance of the Tivoli Park in 1946 to commemorate the liberation from the Nazi yoke, is a kind but firm hymn to the resilience and the future of a people.
