Let Us Rejoice!
God created us to be joyful beings. And why shouldn’t we be? Are the trivial pursuits of life and the trials of Earth too great to crush the CREATOR, the sole reason we need to rejoice? If nothing is greater than GOD (which is true), then nothing can take away our joy for the holy spirit lives in us. Wallowing in our chosen self-created desperation, sadness, greed, and melancholia is not the path He has created for me (or you).
At times it is so easy, and in a way so satisfying to retreat into our problems and regress into defeated sinners. But we are conquerors! Let us move forward with a smile so bright it can shine into the hearts of those around us. Just as we are called upon, let us rejoice in the Lord always.
