Uncharismatic Fact of the Day
Contrary to their name, cayenne caecilians probably aren't all that spicy. However, they still wouldn't make a very good snack, as when threatened they will excrete large amounts of noxious mucus which can be mildly poisonous to predators, and produces a strong burning sensation when it comes into contact with the eyes.
