Techno Animal - Cruise Mode 101 (ft. Rubberoom)
Collison Course compilation.
In 1999 Kevin Martin compiled a great compilation of breakcore, digital hardcore, illbient, and industrial Hip Hop.

For a couple of years I burned out The Curse Of The Golden Vampire (because Alec Empire) and a few Techno Animal tracks a friend gave me on cassette. I later found this on vinyl at my only visit to Melville’s Common Ground record store. It’s the perfect union of industrial and hip-hop way before Death Grips, Ho99o9, and clipping. took the lead (though Consolidated were one of the first who got there). This also shows Justin Broadrick and Kevin Martin’s hobby of collaborating with other artists such as Rubberoom, Dalek, and Toastie Taylor. The other vinyl album I got from my only visit there? Definitive Jux Presents II featuring El-P. He’s on Brotherhood..., too.
Don’t short yourself getting the eight-track vinyl version like I have. Get it on CD instead (12 or 14 tracks). And if you want more, there’s the new Zonal album.
