I might be mistaken, but you're right, Rúben didn't even notice he had the cut/was bleeding, someone from the rival team saw the blood and told the referee or smtg like that...

yeah bc I was watching the match back last night and it was the ref who told rúben to get his cut stitched up, but it looked like he was telling the ref it's nothing and he just seemed so unbothered by the fact that he was bleeding. it's very rúben of him 😂

do you know how Ruben got injured when he had the cut on his eyebrow? like what game it was and how it happened?

it was a city vs newcastle match and from what I remember, rúben was bleeding from a cut on his brow so he got sent off by the ref to get it patched up, but we don't know exactly how it happened
