Newly married the couple purchased this old house together with big dreams to renovate it. Between work, fighting and tragedy the house remains a work in progress.
The antique stove was a find of Rennie’s at an antique mall outside of Boring. Ruby was not impressed when he lugged the rusty old box home but Rennie’s attention to detail and love of restoration, he made it beautiful again - a testament to his diligence and perseverance. It is now one of Ruby’s favorite features in the home and reminds her why she still loves him.
