-Masterlist of resources, portraits and facesets. Many of the authors want some form of credit or payment for use of their resources, make sure to check any conditions of resources you use.

-A sprite generator, lets you layer them. I only use this as a reference, since I don't know the copyright information of this generator.

-Rpg maker vx school. Tutorial stuff.
Learn Ruby:
Learning any form of coding or programming takes a decent amount of time, and you don't have to know any to make games with RPG Maker VX Ace, but take just a little bit of time to cover the basics of Ruby, and you'll find you save a lot of time working on your game when you would otherwise be looking up any creative commands you may think of.

-Introductions to Ruby. Definitely go through the first bit. Every bit you know helps make your games that much better.

-Another site to teach you Ruby basics, this site is less interesting than the other one but still very good for beginners.

-A very good sprite generator, might be a little confusing at first since it's in Japanese(or even if it wasn't), but very good.

-Another Japanese sprite generator.

-And yet another Japanese sprite generator. This sprite generator makes good sprites, but be warned that the size is not the default size of sprites in RPG Maker VX Ace. I only listed it because I'm thinking of using this for mini games.

-A Japanese face generator, it only has girls but it's pretty cute and expansive. If you use this one, make sure to credit MOROMAGA and link to the site(the link above).

-Some good scripts are here, such as an interface HUD, new item icons, and even a pet battle system. Credit the scripts used from here. Currently there are only 2 scripts that are not free for commercial use. Just make sure you credit what you use and use what you are allowed.
http://www.freesound.org
-This is a website full of sound effect, music, voices, etc etc. You can post your own sounds as well as download others'. If you make a free account, you can bookmark sounds you list or think you might use. When using sounds and music from this site, make sure you read all of the sounds' descriptions to see if they are available for free commercial or non commercial use. Make sure to give credit when asked. It's polite to always give credit, but you are breaking agreement terms when not crediting a source that asks for credit.

-Mini map script. Asks for credit, read the license agreement.

-RPG Maker VX Ace scripts master list. You know the drill. Credit. Pay. Etc.
And possibly the MOST IMPORTANT THING ON HERE(aside from crediting of course, always credit), letting people play your games! To let people who do not have RPG MAKER VX Ace on their computer play your finished product, you must open up your game in RPG Maker VX Ace, go to file, and then click 'Compress game data...'. When the pop up box appears, click the box that says 'Include RTP data' and then press ok.
And that's it, you're done! Great job! All that's left is uploading and sharing your game.
