I think among the many things in the "both sides were equally bad crowd" (the ones I've griped about before being why is it so bad if one is and why is everything Az does still Crowley's fault even though he largely had the same info, minus some details, he just didn't want to accept what it meant) that chafes me wrong is that Aziraphale literally makes a life decision for the both of them. Like he goes nervously at first bc he knows Crowley might be irritated but he's like Great news! he's already assumed Crowley is going to be thrilled for...no reason. Like Crowley has literally never expressed any interest in going back just anger at what happened which...sure maybe bc his jacked perspective is the same thing except Crowley regularly attacks Heaven as much as Hell.
