It’s spirit week at Foxbury and Rue is showing off her school spirit with face paint and juice pong!
As her and Dacre’s college days are coming to an end, she’s making sure she makes the most of the experience.
Rue <3
Rue and Dacre are loving the college life so far!
Foxbury has a lot to offer and they have been able to meet a lot of new sims! Rue spends a lot of time studying with her friends and Dacre has finally began working on his final presentation.
Our very attractive college students!
Dacre honestly reminds me a lot of Kian, just less...promiscuous. Maybe it’s the haircut.
The following day, Dacre couldn’t wait to tell Rue about his date with Regina.
“It’s like I finally met a girl that actually gives me butterflies,” he tells her. “She’s super cool and down to earth.”
“I’m glad you finally found someone that fits you, Dacre,” Rue smiles. “Hearing about all your high school stories still gives me chills to this day.”
Dacre lets out a laugh, playfully rolling his eyes. “My hoe days are over,” he says confidently. “But enough about my love life, has anyone here caught the attention of Rue King?”
“No,” she chuckles. “I haven’t really been looking anyway.”
“Rue!” Dacre groans. “You and Teo broke up, you need to get your mind off of him.”
“My mind is off him!” she defends.
He gives her a look. “Then why are you sitting here talking to me, your cousin, instead of out with a hot guy right now?”
“First of all, you’re also my best friend, not just my cousin,” Rue says. “And second, we’ve barely been here a week, Dacre.”
“Exactly!” he exclaims. “It’s college, everyone is looking for someone right now.”
Rue lets out a small groan. “Dacre,” she stresses. “I will find someone when I’m ready, for now I just want to focus on myself.”
“You’re no fun.” he replies.
The truth is...she doesn’t want to find someone else...a piece of her heart will always be reserved for Teo. He was her first love after all.
Just Rue Rue biking through Foxbury.
(Protip: Don’t bike through Foxbury...too many stairs.)
Rue and Dacre can definitely be opposites when it comes to the education part of school. Rue takes it upon herself to start her final projects early whereas Dacre goes out on campus to make new friends.
While walking around the school, he spots the most gorgeous girl he’s ever seen. Of course he had to introduce himself.
“Hey!” he greets, stepping down the stairs. “Playing all by yourself?”
“Just practicing my footwork,” she says.
“Sweet,” Dacre says. “I’m guessing you’re on the soccer team?”
The girl nods. “Yeah, it’s my first year so I’m just trying to keep up with the rest of the team.”
“Well you seem pretty good to me, I’ll have to catch a game sometime.” he says, a slight smirk on his face.
“I’ll look for you in the stands.” she smiles back.
Success.
“I’m Dacre by the way,” he puts a hand out.
“Regina.” she says shaking his hand.
In a few days, Rue will be at Foxbury Institute and Teo will still be in Sulani working on the beach. The couple has a bittersweet meetup at the waterfall. As much as Rue loves Teo, she feels like the long distance will be too much for them to handle.
“I’ll miss you,” Teo says softly.
Rue smiles. “I’ll miss you too, Teo,” she hums. “I’m sorry it had to be this way.”
He shakes his head. “Don’t be sorry, Rue, I understand completely,” says in a reassuring tone. “I’m just glad we can end things on a happy note.”
“Me too,” she takes his hands into hers. “I love you, Teo Kahale.”
“And I love you, Rue King.” he confesses, moving a stray strand of hair from her face.
“Let’s do this.”
Teo nods. “What are we waiting for?”
The two of them step into the waterfall and spend their last night together explore each others bodies. It was the most magical night of Rue’s life.
