The Crochet Ruffled Shawl is not what it seems. From the top down, there are is two layers near the bottom of the shawl. This is using Caron Cinnamon Roll. Most of the shawl is easygoing until you get to the bottom. The bottom has the ruffles added, but then the pattern asks you to add another layer by going a few rows up from the bottom.
