Hanging @highstreetwine tonight. Final prep for the @ruinart challenge. Only took pics of these two gems. Had a flight of four (RRV Chard, Mosel Riesling, Mendoza Malbec, Barbara d’Asti) and a Sauternes. Competition is 4 wines of any style from anywhere in the world. It’s been a challenge practicing wines that aren’t part of the @mastersommeliers_americas list. Though we do need to know many of these wines in our theory exams. This is why our studies are better than most other people’s studies. I leave Sunday and I’ll be in Dallas for the competition on Monday.
