Post meal and flight wine. While I may say that PN isn’t my favorite grape, I’m definitely a fan of well made PN, especially from #willamettevalley Domestically, it’s the region I tend to prefer. After class I stayed for lunch. Chopped BBQ beef sandwich- brisket, white onion, jalapeño and pickle relish, house baked sesame bun. Paired with @lostdrawcellars Texas High Plains Tempranillo.
