Change isn’t easy but it’s worth it! I’ve been at this a really long time, but I never saw the results. Mostly because I didn’t understand my body and I was trying to follow the “rules” I discovered #dietsaredumb #rulesareforfules and that my body has all the answers. I had to adjust my relationship with food. I had to deal with my emotions and find a better way to cope and celebrate. I had to learn exercise was a reward rather than punishment for a bad diet.(I once exercised 2-3hrs a day...now it’s more like 3-4hrs a week!) I started putting myself first. I created habits and rules of my own, based on me and my needs, goals and priorities. And I got results! I followed the #131method and I got #131results I’m proud of myself, but this isn’t the finish line. I’m also intrigued...how much further can I go on this journey now that I have clear directions. Working out makes me a better me...for the next 107 days, I have my workout plan. My journey to my best life is gaining momentum, the next phase is about to begin... And I don’t want l go it alone...
