In spite of the work he puts in, especially post Inazuma Arc, Michihiko is not duty bound to work hours on end like an office person or thoroughly obligated to shoulder little things that Tenshukaku staffs & soldiers can handle.

This is also why he will always put time aside for his family, regardless at work or not. In truth, there are also times, when he has to go abroad, in place of Ei or Commission executives, he'd like to give them time off (either Ei herself or his younger brother Kurai).

After everything that went on, he feels it right that a change of scenery would do good for them. He may not be as curious than he was, in younger years but a part of that, is still there.

For a great remainder of the day, he spent time away from Poisson, from her residence, to tend to business matters, as is often the case. Tiring as it may be, it was a neccessity, in order to mend, restore relations between Fontaine and Inazuma.

By evening, did Michihiko return and just as he sat down, the presence of his dearly beloved, was unmistakable.

Was that so?.

Its true, there are things and he shan't name them, that happened to him, that left Michihiko feel like he did not matter for a time but it pale in comparison to how his existence first started out.

Back then, he did not have to worry about anything or left feeling like some disposable creation. But now?, now things were slowly getting better. Both for he and Inazuma's greater good, for the people in it.
