Did the butler Asaka the one who injured Rum's eye during the Amanda Hughes case?, if so does that mean Asaka could be a Jeet kune do practitioner? tho he could be injured in different way.
Asaka was not revealed to be a "butler", but someone acting as Amanda's "bodyguard". We have so little verified info on Asaka that she could be proficient at any martial art as far as we know.
As for how Rum injured and lost his eye, we do not know when or how, but I suspect that Haneda Kohji elbowed Rum's eye during his struggle as Rum was beating him down in order to force the drug into him 17 years ago. This is based on how Wakasa reacted intensely, while clenching a shogi piece connected to the Kohji case, to Danno complaining about almost getting a prosthetic due to an elbow hitting his eye (File 987), as if she was reminded of a similar incident that took place during that case.
Wakasa is heavily hinted at being a black organization member, as well as someone confirmed to have been present in Kohji's room the day of his murder in America, so her being aware of how Rum lost his eye and if Kohji was involved is consistent with her characterization.
