 12. Name 2 pros and 2 cons of the program you use to make your graphics

Uhmm, that's hard. The first aspect that comes to my mind is that Photoshop has a lot of options which is a pro but also a con at the same time in my opinion. Another pro would be that it is actually clearly arranged?! Aaand another con .. uhm, I don't know. I can't think of another one right now.

15. Advice you would give to beginner graphic makers

Patience. Some people might need more time than others and some might learn really quickly. Basically it is important that you try. Play around with your program of choice, be creative. I have to say that I never was a fan of tutorials. I am more that 'learning by doing' kind of person. But I also know a few people who learned more or less everything from tutorials. It's your choice though. :)
