In the rumble au how do you think bass reacts to the new player
On one hand I can see him hating them with a passion and trying to fight them to prove he's the strongest and the only one allowed to be megamans rival
On the other hand it would be funny as hell if he developed a massive puppy crush and kept trying to fight them in a misguided attempt at impressing them.

I do ship Bassroll so i’ve thought about this
I think bass would have a mixture of feelings in this new player.
On one hand a definitely see him wanting to fight this new robot to prove to himself and to this person that he is better you know for his own ego.
And the idea of bass thinking this robot looks really cool but won’t admit it seems kinda cute. Like he wants to know a little more about this robot but also wants to fight them for his own reasons.
I could definitely see him trying to beat them and thinking “HA! If I beat rumble they’ll see just how cool I am, and how I AM THE BEST AROUND AND BETTER THEN THAT MEGAMAN!, I’ll make them my rival too! HA!”
Something like that. But honestly I hadn’t put TO much thought into it.
But I totally agree they’d wanna fight rumble but also have like a small little crush for them.
