Hey guys, hope your week and your runs are going well!! After a weekend of water skiing, a recovery Sunday evening 10k run and a Monday morning Pilates class, I set out for a 10 mile run on Monday evening. My body ached as if I had fallen down a flight of stairs and I contemplated going for s shorter run but decided to stick to the plan. I took a different, hillier route than normal. I was doing ok but not great up to 10k but I really suffered after that, running my slowest 10 miles ever. I know we should listen to our body but I’m also thinking that running on tired legs and beaten spirit also counts for something. Took Tuesday off and hoping to have some more fun runs later in the week! (at Vouliagméni, Greece)
