That's the look I get when I decide against doing a long run in Miami in favor of 16 miles of hill covered terrain in Arkansas. In 38° weather. I was having second, third and fourth thoughts about it up until the halfway mark (when I had to do a 180° and run back). So glad I pushed through. I'm thinking 20 miles on the flat urban Miami landscape (two weeks from now) should be a piece of cake after this. #miamifamous2018 #rundayafternoons (at Hot Springs, Arkansas)
