Hey all! I hope you all had a great RuneFest, whether attending IRL or watching from home!

I was fortunate to be able to attend and was surprised and touched by the number of people who came up to talk to me with nice things to say!

But I wanted to share an (overdue) update now bc it came up a few times at RF for folks wondering where I’ve been for a while:

I injured my dominant hand about a year ago — it had to be braced for months, which is why I had to stop drawing stuff (and playing RS) for a while

It’s unbraced now and I can draw again but only for short periods of time.

I underestimated how long the recovery process was, which is why I didn’t think it warranted an update at the time — but seeing it’s been over a year since my last comic, and I still need PT for my hand, I felt I owe you all that context for suddenly stopping 🥲

I really hope to be back sooner than later but it’s unlikely I will be able to do weekly things I used to back in the day, just for sake of my hand’s long term health, so will be taking it slow. I’d like to go for at least monthly when I’m fully healed but we will see.
