Today's signature workout "Infinity" was absolutely no joke at @otfgarwood . Got everyone into the afterburn in my classes this morning, then died in Emilia's @faithfullyfitfam class afterwards. Got that wattage up to 360 a couple times though and hit 1.8 miles on the treads. 1700 meters on the row! 36 splats!!
