Doing some painting doodling to get a hang on my newest Rook, Mede Thorne.

Flip tests are kicking my ass, but I think I'm getting somewhere.

I've been extra quiet dealing with computer issues and zine work that I can't show yet, but I needed a break the other night and spent a bit committing this idea to canvas.

Want to start doing more pinups, and Phaedra needs an updated pic with their end game look- so behold: the royal Caln, in all their glittering glory. Or, the sketch of it anyway. I'll definitely be coming back to this in between finishing other stuff.

It only took another Dragon Age game to get me back into drawing ship art.

2024 is the year of Women's Wrongs in my ttrpgs.

Quick reference painting for my newest rogue, Ismene. She's a former priestess of Dionysus turned problem child. Half elf half changeling and probably puts every wine aunt to shame with the amount she can drink.

Reviews include "she looks like she'd be mean to me and I'd say thank you" and "she looks like she'd wouldn't stop you, but she would bail you out of jail and you would owe her". She might also end up in jail with you.

I can only keep my attention on art for about 10 minutes at a time, and so painting this will wait yet again, but every time I adjust smth slightly I want to share him with friends but I have to be careful not to spoil the friends I'll be playing him with. 😩

I'm still trying to get myself used to a screen tablet situation, so here's some noodling around I've been working on.

The zoom on the tablet lets me get really detailed eyes now, and the first sketch is working out some character design for my next game. I'm not happy with it yet, but it went through a few stages before this, so we're getting there. Maybe.
