This is what a 20 year-old runner's heartbeat sounds and looks like after running 5 laps. He was more than happy to run around and show how fast he could go; his beating heart says it all.

Ok. No need to freak out. You can totally do this! Before you know it you'll be running 2 miles like you did before the injury. You got this! Soon after that you'll get up to 3, 4, then 6 miles!
