it does not sound best day for a fast run training…I just did it in similar condition and think it was bad idea

Plastic bags between your socks and shoes are good to help keep your feet dry. But honestly if it’s sketchy I probably wouldn’t attempt the tempo and would just swap for easy miles instead... one workout not worth the risk of slipping and injuring yourself.
Oh you guys and your sensible advice. Good points--I don’t want to injure myself this close to the race (again). I guess I’ll just have to assess the situation tomorrow morning!
