TROUGH A RUNNER’S WOODS
It is autumn – finally! It is my fave time of the year – and it is one of the first weeks of being able to train again – to run again. It is October! Normally the one month in which my fave and biggest race does take place. The one race I work a entire year for. But then you get pulled back, are injured and the only thing you can do is watching days passing by – and canceling this race – a big bubble bursts and in the very first moment you might be angry, sad, disappointed – everything else bud happy…
However – everything does have an other side. And this is the best side now! Being back on training, doing the slow jogs, simply enjoying every step and what is prettier to jog trough the leaves – the golden woods, smelling the smell of fall – feeling the chilly air – and having a whole woods and all its hills and trails for your self – this is what I call a runners woods…
These training are breathtaking, amazing, covered into a pretty spark of gold...
Get up – enjoy the fall before the slippery icy winter is back – and just jog – smell it – watch it – feel it… keep on running – your runners path!
PERFECT PASSION * Today was the first great training with the group again... Just a week ago I had a fight and it was hard to keep up with my group - but today it felt amazing - it felt great - it felt like flying - simply: Like the *PERFECT PASSION*
First run after weeks of no training because of an injury: When a 3k slow jog feels like the world, the sunshine, the spark - simply the best... Then you know, you might be a runner and I know deep inside, that a 🐌 can turn into a 🚀 - let's get back on track and then get ready for an amazing and even better 2016 - keep on running, your runnerspath ...
