Todays run went pretty well. I tried to focus on my breathing and just run it ~conversational~ pace. I did better than last time and it surprised me because I didn't want to push it, in fact slowed down a lot. I have to start planning what to wear because my top was annoying me, had to pull it down every 10 seconds. Need to buy a new one and test it. I didn't want to take any water with me because I already had to hold my phone but damn I got so thirsty. Where do you guys keep everything? Phone? Keys? Water? Can't hide all in my bra. haha Also have to plan my day before run meal and experiment what's works best. I usually run fasted if it's a morning one but I'm not sure if my fat stores will last trough half marathon without breakfast. Have to change my whole workout plan and still didn't have time for it. Days are just too short to squeeze everything in. Oh and stretching. Need to do more stretch!
