My favourite bit of post just arrived. Less than a month to go until I run @cardiffhalf for the 6th time and it's really starting to feel real. So excited (and the perfect way to follow up another sub-22 parkrun)!!!!! I'll be raising money for MQ at Cardiff this year, in memory of my friend Haakon who passed away three years ago. Free your mind and anything is possible. A beautiful morning run 🏃🏾‍♀️ from the JinFit Ladies this morning and learning that they can go faster if they take the fear of falling out of their minds. Whenever I set the ladies a challenge they always question it and always let me know that if the worse outcome happens then it would be my fault 🤔😜🙏🏻💪🏻 However I have faith in them and I can see there abilities and I would never ask them to do something they weren’t ready for. They are so much more powerful than they can imagine. I learn me ladies and know every facial expression from the can’t be bothered to pushing it to their limits where on occasion I ask them to bring it back, rest give their body a chance to reboot the bad ass.
